- Sisters’ Street

- Before Hogyecheon Stream was covered, this was the main pathway for local residents. The prosperity of the footwear industry in the 1970s led to the substantial noise of footsteps by female workers walking to and from that made it difficult for people to sleep at night. The street reflects the stories and hardworking lives of women working in shoe factories

- Repatriated Compatriots Village

- After Korea’s liberation from Japan, Koreans overseas began to return and Busan was populated with many repatriated Koreans. The city built a camp for such people that led to the formation of a village. This is the birthplace of the painter Lee Jung-seob’s Landscape of Beomil-dong.
